Clinical Supervision

We can provide Clinical Supervision to Behaviour Support Practitioners via our Advanced Behaviour Support Specialists.

Specialists have 15 years experience in coaching and supervision working within the positive behaviour support space.

We offer support to staff individually or in groups which may include support for staff to:

- Complete their NDIS Self assessments

- Develop a Continued Professional Develop Plan (CPD plan)

- Meet regularly to provide consultation, feedback and support

- Proof read plans and work on strategies

- Provide guidance on restricted practices

- Ensure practitioners are up to date and understanding of legislation and guidelines

- Upskill staff to provide ‘best practice’ strategies and implementation processes for participants

We are also able to plan and provide training on specific disabilities or topic of interest by request.
