As our go-to for all things marketing and communications, Mel came to us with more than 15 years' experience in creative direction, styling, set design and visual storytelling. She enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, engaging communications and finding creative ways to share the stories that matter.​

After relocating from Melbourne to Ballarat, Mel was drawn to Ready Steady Achieve's person-centred approach and the opportunity to use her creative skills to support an organisation making a genuine difference in people's lives.​

Outside of work, you'll usually find her painting, exploring vintage fashion, or convincing friends to join her in slightly unconventional creative adventures.
