About Eliza
Eliza brings a strong foundation in behavioural studies and a genuine passion for understanding why people do what they do, and how small, practical changes can make daily life more predictable, safe, and meaningful.
She has experience supporting people with a wide range of disabilities, including dementia and Huntington’s disease, and she’s skilled at staying calm, patient, and curious in complex situations. Her approach is always person-centred, proactive, and grounded in understanding the story behind each behaviour.
Within our RSA team, Eliza is known as the positive, energetic, and quietly hilarious one. She brings brightness to every interaction — sometimes literally, thanks to her love of bold, colourful nails. She’s a dedicated dog mum, a big fan of horror and thriller movies, and the team’s go-to for a well-timed laugh.
Eliza focuses on creating strategies that respect individuality, build confidence, and genuinely work for the people she supports.
