About James

If every team needs a grammar whiz, fact-checking legend, and writing powerhouse, James is ours. Known for his calm, kind approach and laser-sharp attention to detail, he brings both heart and structure to behaviour support. And yes, he will notice if you've misused a semicolon (in the nicest way possible).

James brings a strong, person-centred approach to supporting individuals with psychosocial disability, dementia, and sexualised behaviour. He has a gift for seeing the person behind the behaviour, working alongside support networks with empathy, professionalism, and a steady hand -especially when things are complex.

Before joining our team, James worked closely with students experiencing disengagement and trauma, leading whole-school inclusion and wellbeing initiatives. He continues to be driven by strong values, believing that relationships, understanding, and practical support are key to positive outcomes.

When he’s not writing detailed plans or supporting participants, you might catch James rewatching Revenge of the Sith, debating Star Wars lore, or taking his competitive streak to the world of video games. (Just don’t challenge him unless you’re ready to lose!)

Kind, thoughtful, and quietly confident, James is the person you want in your corner — especially when the work is complex and the stakes are high.
