About Amanda

Amanda has been working in Behaviour Support for over 10 years, across both education settings and the NDIS. She has supported children, teens, and adults with disabilities, including those with Autism (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), and Dementia.

Often described as the “Miss Honey” of our team (fittingly, her favourite movie is Matilda), Amanda is empathetic, caring, and one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. Her gentle approach, paired with her wealth of experience, makes families feel instantly comfortable with her.

Amanda is now transitioning her work to the Geelong region, where she looks forward to connecting with new families and participants.

Outside of work, you’ll find Amanda on the netball court or enjoying her favourite movie, Matilda. If she could choose a superpower, it would be super speed - and honestly, it fits! Whether she’s sprinting between appointments or cheering on a participant’s progress, Amanda is quick to act, responsive, and deeply committed.

We’re so lucky to have Amanda on the Ready Steady Achieve team - bringing warmth, expertise, and a genuine passion for helping people thrive.
