About Lily

Lily brings a calm, empathetic, and practical approach to behaviour support, underpinned by a strong background in education and mental health. With experience as both a teacher and mental health educator, she understands the power of relationships, communication, and collaboration in helping people thrive.

Grounded in trauma-informed and neuroaffirming principles, Lily works closely with individuals, families, and support teams to create meaningful, achievable strategies that build on each person’s strengths. Her approach is centred on dignity, inclusion, and empowerment; supporting participants to build confidence, independence, and a genuine sense of agency.

Outside of work, you’ll often find her engaged in sporting pursuits (Lily recently represented Australia at the World Triathlon Championships), or immersed in a new creative project.
