Ricky is the kind of Behaviour Support Practitioner you wish you could clone - and luckily for our team, he’s also our Operations Manager, guiding and mentoring others to deliver the same gold-standard support he’s known for.

He’s the steady hand in a crisis, the calm voice on the other end of the phone, and the person who always seems to be two steps ahead. Whether he's building plans for complex support needs or taking calls while pacing around (his signature move!), Ricky brings unmatched energy, empathy, and commitment to every part of his role.

He’s a trusted go-to for families, support teams, and practitioners alike - known for being quick-thinking, deeply compassionate, and laser-focused on improving quality of life. His passion for behaviour support is evident in everything he does (including the times we’ve had to remind him to log off and take a break!).
